  • Products include: Plastic and metal fasteners for automotive market.  This includes trim fasteners, fuel supply springs, fuel cut valves, fuel pump brackets, and interior auto trim parts.
  • Processes include: Plastic injection molding, metal stamping, wire bending and assembly.
  • Equipment include: 72+ injection molding presses
  • Materials include:  PP, PE, Acetal, Nylon, ABS and PVC.

Description:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer orders via electronic means (fax, e-mail, EDI, customer web sites).
  • Process orders via SAP
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Schedule customer deliveries with consideration of production and lead time of product.
  • Produce pick tickets and customer specific labels
  • Other associated duties.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (SAP, EDI, Excel, E-mail).
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stress tolerance.
  • Data collection and ordering
  • Must be bi-lingual English
