Piolax Corporation was established in August of 1988 in Canton, Georgia as a subsidiary of Piolax Incorporated. Piolax is known worldwide for the elasticity of their parts. Piolax is committed to grow along with our customers. Because of this commitment to supply the innovative quality products that our parent company designed to the automotive industries of the world, it was decided to establish a company in the US.

  • 08/88 - Established Georgia Corporation

  • 03/89 - MFD metal parts - first sales were recorded.

  • 01/90 - KHK of America was merged with Piolax Corporation.

  • 04/90 - Plastic fasteners - first sales were recorded.

  • 10/91 - Purchased 48,000 sq ft building for plastic fastener production.

  • 04/92 - Received 1991 annual quality award from Honda of America.

  • 01/93 - Received 1993 annual quality award from Nissan Motor Mfg. Company.

  • 04/93 - Expanded 6000 sq ft for heat treatment factory.

  • 09/93 - Metal fasteners - first sales were recorded.

  • 10/93 - Assembly - first sales were recorded.

  • 04/95 - Expanded 23,000 sq ft for plastic fastener and assembly parts production.

  • 08/96 - ISQ-9002 registration.

  • 05/97 - QS-9000 registration.

  • 3/98 - Transmission Springs - first sales were recorded.

  • 03/98 - Produced first Metal Stamping Die.

  • 4/98 - Fuel Chamber - Mass production begin.

  • 08/98 - 10th Anniversary.

  • 04/99 - Assembly - Domestic production of vacuum cut valve begin.

  • 01/00 - SAP system- New ERP system live.

  • 02/00 - Produced first injection mold.

  • 04/01 - Nominated for The Manufacturer of the year in Georgia.

  • 08/01 - Started Mexico operation. (30,000 sqf)

  • 09/01 - First shipment of parts were produced in Mexico.

  • 11/01 - Expanded 25,000 sqf for Assembly, Plastic, and Warehouse space.

  • 11/03 - TS-16949 Registration

  • 12/03 - Upgraded SAP System.  Implemented Bar coding and customer web portal

  • 01/04 - ISO-14001 Registration

  • 07/04 - TS- 16949 Registration in Mexico
